These are our standard delivery procedures. If you require your purchase urgently or want to know when your order will arrive then please contact us and we will do our utmost to help.

Each product page shows the estimated dispatch time. Once dispatched orders will take the following times to get to you:

Benelux - within 2-3 working days
Mainland Europe - within 2-3 working days
Non-EU Europe - within 3-5 working days
Eastern Europe - within 3-5 working days
The Balkans- within 3-5 working days
USA and Canada - within 5-7 working days (to the vast majority of ZIP codes)
The Caribbean, Central and South America - within 5-7 working days
The Middle East - within 2 working days Africa - within 5-7 working days
China - within 5-7 working days
Australia/Asia - within 5-7 working days

Courier details

All framed and unframed orders are sent by UPS or FedEx. The cost of delivery will be shown during the checkout process. A signature will be required on receipt of your order, so please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address. The courier only delivers on working days (Mon-Fri) during daytime.

Import taxes

At GOAT we strive to keep our prices reasonable and competitive, which is why we do not add a standard percentage onto the price of our products to cover import taxes. We are unable to account for the differing tax regimes for all the countries we ship to worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own import taxes which may be incurred on GOAT goods when sending items to non-EU addresses. If you wish to use your own shipping company or broker, or to pick your items up in person, this can be arranged by emailing [email protected]
