2. Introduction

www.goatauthentic.com (the website) is owned and operated by or on behalf of De Hand Van Maradona B.V. (GOAT/ we/ us). When the customer (from now on: you) place an order through this website, a sales contract will be executed between you and us, which will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Before you place your order make sure that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully and check that the details of your order are complete and accurate.

3. Registration

You will need to register to be able to access the services on the goatauthentic.com website. When you register your details online, it is your responsibility to make sure that the information provided is accurate and up to date. You are also responsible for maintaining your personal information via your online account as well as for keeping your password secret.

The collection and storage of personal information submitted to GOAT is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU), 2016/679 (GDPR), and our Privacy Policy. If you visit goatauthentic.com, register your details and/or purchase from the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4. Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms apply to all offers and sales contracts relating to the sale and delivery of products by GOAT. So you agree to these Purchase Terms, when you order anything from the website.

4.1 Requirements to conclude a sales contract

You have to be 16 years or older when concluding a sales contract. It is not possible to order GOAT products through our website as a reseller, only as a consumer.

4.2 How is the sales contract concluded with you

Orders on the website are subject to the required stock availability. Items added to your basket on the website will not be reserved for you, and are available for sale to other customers browsing the online store at the same time.

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by GOAT. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order could be:

* If we have reason to believe you are not over 16 years of age;
* If we cannot deliver to the address that was provided by you;
* The product shown on the website is not in stock;
* If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment;
* If shipping restrictions may apply to a Product; and/ or
* If Products shown on the website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described.

When you have placed your order via the website, stock will be reserved for your purchase. However, the sale will not be finalised until the payment is successfully concluded, and the order dispatches from the warehouse.

Once the order has been placed and the payment is successfully concluded we will send you a confirmation.

When you place an online order through www.goatauthentic.com, you will be requested to provide personal and card payment details. We will perform a fraud credit check via our payment service provider Mollie, as part of the online transaction. By submitting a payment through www.goatauthentic.com, you are giving permission for us to carry out such checks via our payment service provider Mollie as required.

Once the payment is successfully concluded and the product is shipped we will send you an email with the goods that have been shipped and a track&trace code to check the status of your parcel. For more information on shipping and deliveries please check paragraph 8.

We recommend that you print or save these emails for possible future use.

4.3 Cancelling your order

As we start to process your order directly after the sales contract is concluded, it is not possible to cancel your order. For returns & exchanges please check paragraph 9.

5. Pricing

All prices on the website will be shown in Euros (EUR). Orders can only be placed and paid in Euros (EUR). We are unable to offer alternative currency pricing to any customer.

All prices on the website are including Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21%.

GOAT holds the right to adjust, end or limit prices or special offers at any time.

GOAT charges shipping costs. To find more information on the shipping costs please check our shipping information on our website.

6. Duty Delivery Paid

Any customs charges are not included in the entire ordering and payment process of goatauthentic.com. This means that orders outside EU may contain import duties. Please refer to the conditions in respect of import at your local customs. If for this reason the shipment is not accepted, we have to charge you by deducting the shipping costs on your refund.

7. Payment and order acceptance

We accept the following payment types on our site:

Cartes Bancaires.

By submitting your order on our website, you are confirming that the credit/debit card is yours or that you have authority from the cardholder to make the payment. We reserve the right to refuse payments & orders for customers who are not 16 years of age or older.

We will process your payments securely via the Mollie payments system, and all payment details will be encrypted. All stored card details will be stored securely on Mollie’s secure servers.

Your payment and order will only be deemed as final when final payment is taken on dispatch of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion as stated in paragraph 4.2.

8. Delivery

GOAT will deliver to the address indicated and confirmed by you within the order process. Deliveries will only be done on business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in your specific country of delivery. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number and a link where you can track&trace your parcel. Some email providers may route GOAT emails to your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check these folders if you do not see the email in your inbox.

8.1 Delivery Time Indication

You find the delivery time tables on our shipment page (see footer menu).

8.2 Change shipping address

We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method at any time after the order is shipped. If the package will not reach you because of an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as undeliverable.

9. Right of Cancellation and Returns

EU regulations provide customers in the EU with the right to cancel an order for products at any time up to the end of 14 days following the day on which the products were received.

If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email to [email protected] with details of your cancellation. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at De Hand Van Maradona, Meerweg 141, Haren, 9752 XA, The Netherlands. The costs of return are on you.

You must provide us with the original invoice or other proof of purchase.

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us you wish to return them. Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them. We will credit the price of the cancelled products provided they are received undamaged. All items must be returned 'as sold': in resalable condition, undamaged, in original packaging. If a returned item fails to meet one of these requirements we cannot accept the item back. If the products are in any way damaged upon return we will be unable to offer a refund, even if the damage occurred during the return transit. We have a right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value.

We will refund all monies received, including the outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. If you choose to have the goods delivered by a more expensive means than the cheapest standard delivery option offered, we are not obliged to refund the full outbound delivery cost, only the cost of the standard delivery option which you could have chosen.

9.1 Exclusions from Right of Cancellation and Returns

Excluded from Right of Cancellation and Returns are personalised products, for example:
* Framing with specific personalisation
* Products with personal dedications

10. Description of Products

All products are described in good faith, and while we strive to be accurate at all times, mistakes occasionally happen. All measurements, for example of photographs, are estimates. All products shown are stock images and not necessarily a photo of the item you will receive. Signatures and their placements might vary. Please contact us if you believe the goods you received were inaccurately described.

GOAT has a 100 per cent track record for authenticity. A representative from GOAT is present at the majority of signing sessions to witness the signatures on the items we sell. However, some products we stock are bought from other reputable and established dealers. If you have any reason to doubt the authenticity of a signed product bought from GOAT, please contact us immediately.

11. Damaged or defective goods, and incorrectly fulfilled orders

If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within two working days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you.

If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 14 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.

12. Other important issues

12.1 Intellectual Property Rights
Usage of goatauthentic.com grants you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the content of the site. All copyright and trademarks are protected under national and international law.

Any site content can only be reproduced or distributed with express permission from GOAT.

12.2 Applicable law

These general conditions and all disputes arising in connection with these general conditions, including the validity thereof, or with the use of the Website(s) or with any purchases on the Website shall be governed by Dutch law.

12.3 Amendments on General Terms and Conditions

We may revise these general conditions at any time. Every time you order products from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us.
