How does the shirt framing service order process work?

Our framing and shipping process works as follows:

1. Select and purchase the shirt framing service with UV protection acrylic glazing and acid-free mat board for the ultimate protection. We will then send you an email to complete your order. This will collect extra information that isn’t collected during the order process. The email will arrive within 24 hours of checking out.

2. The email also includes instructions and help to ship your item safely to us. You will need to send the item to us on a signed for tracked and recorded service. This will ensure it can be tracked through the postal service. We can also help with booking a courier for you (at additional costs).

3. Once we have received your shirt we will professionally frame it to your specifications.

4. We carefully pack your frame in our custom made boxes and send on a standard service through FedEx. This is insured and you will receive an email letting you know when it is on the way. You will have your fully framed shirt back with you within 7-10 working days after it has arrived at our offices.
